Job description
The Campus Ministry Associate role is designed to prepare individuals for the comprehensive responsibilities of a Campus Staff Minister by overseeing ministries for students and faculty. This position involves engaging in fundraising efforts, nurturing ministry partnerships, and executing administrative duties to further the mission of InterVarsity. Applicants should possess at least a bachelor’s degree for positions at four-year institutions or an associate’s degree for those at two-year colleges and must agree with the organization’s Statement of Agreement. Previous experience in campus ministry is advantageous, complemented by excellent communication and leadership abilities.
