The Mattress Selector/Loader plays a crucial role in the precise selection, organization, and loading of mattresses and associated items for customer shipments. This position requires maintaining a tidy and safe warehouse space while ensuring that all orders are accurately prepared and treated with care. Applicants should be capable of lifting and maneuvering mattresses weighing up to 100 pounds and demonstrate a keen attention to detail. While prior experience in a warehouse or material handling is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
