**Job Title: Engineer**
Engineers will oversee the upkeep, servicing, and repair of boilers, HVAC systems, and chilled water units located at the Belmont Grandstand and barn area. Responsibilities include managing climate control, conducting compliance testing, and maintaining precise records in compliance with safety standards. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or GED, with the capability to work at elevations and endure diverse weather conditions. Familiarity with commercial equipment and commitment to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols is critical.
