The Social Services Director plays a key role in the design, implementation, and oversight of social service initiatives within the facility. This individual assesses the emotional and health-related needs of residents and facilitates discharge planning along with community resource referrals. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related area in human services, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare environment. A current social work license is necessary for this role.
