Job description
**Job Title:** Supervisor
The Supervisor will deliver both individual and group counseling services, oversee the implementation of treatment plans, and manage the performance of clinical staff. In addition, they will coordinate care with outside providers and ensure adherence to state regulations and facility guidelines. Applicants must hold a licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) certification with supervisory designation and possess a minimum of three years of counseling experience. A bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license are mandatory, as is the ability to successfully pass a state background investigation.
