**In-House Sales Consultant**
The In-House Sales Consultant is responsible for handling incoming leads, conducting consultations at clients’ homes, and creating project budgets to assist clients throughout their remodeling journey. This role involves working closely with the estimating and production teams to facilitate seamless transitions between project phases, as well as ensuring that CRM records are kept up to date. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential remodeling, construction, or sales in a consultative capacity. Essential skills for this position include excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and the willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
