Applicants should possess a strong familiarity with hand tools and have a background in construction or underground utility operations, particularly with trenchers or mini excavators. The role demands a willingness to travel regularly, with expectations of 70-100% travel, and the capability to undertake physically intensive tasks across diverse weather conditions.
