**Manufacturing Manager**
The Manufacturing Manager will be in charge of the day-to-day functions of the electrical panel shop, encompassing the fabrication, assembly, and testing of control panels. This role involves leading a team of technicians to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks, as well as spearheading continuous improvement efforts. Applicants should possess over 8 years of experience in leadership roles within electrical manufacturing, along with a strong capability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. A solid understanding of electrical codes, safety protocols, and team leadership is mandatory. Candidates must also hold a valid driver’s license and be able to secure a TWIC card.
