Job description
The intern will participate in the daily operations of the branch, including loan origination, processing, and closing procedures, while engaging in projects aimed at process enhancement. There will be opportunities to observe leadership functions and corporate operations, providing insight into possible career trajectories within the organization. Eligible candidates should be in their Junior or Senior year, pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Ideal applicants will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, a strong commitment to their work, and the capacity to work 18-20 hours per week on-site.
