**Job Title: Marketing Manager**
The Marketing Manager will oversee the complete proposal development lifecycle, which encompasses strategy formulation, content creation, and coordination for federal and public-sector bids. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts to generate engaging content and enhance internal proposal processes as well as the effectiveness of the marketing team. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years’ experience in proposal management or architectural/engineering marketing, and must demonstrate strong skills in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office. Exceptional writing and editing capabilities are essential, alongside experience with federal solicitation documents such as SF-330s, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
