This role involves the administration of system settings within StarRez, coordination of billing procedures, and acting as the main point of contact for inquiries related to student accessibility and housing issues. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with a minimum of four years of relevant experience, ideally within a college housing or student life environment. Applicants should demonstrate advanced proficiency in StarRez, possess exceptional organizational abilities, and have a solid understanding of ADA and Fair Housing Act regulations.
