The Packaging Designer will support the sales team by creating innovative, cost-effective, and structurally sound packaging solutions that meet customer requirements. They are also responsible for managing tooling, maintaining design records, and ensuring production accuracy through collaboration with internal departments. Candidates must have one to three years of packaging design experience in a manufacturing environment and proficiency in Artios CAD software. A bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Design Engineering, or Industrial Design is preferred, along with strong communication and time management skills.
