Job Summary
The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of CNC machinery during the 3rd shift, ensuring optimal performance and high-quality production standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts in accordance with specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Understand and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with G-code programming and CNC machinery is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
