**Job Title: Building Automation Systems Project Manager**
Oversee and initiate Building Automation Systems (BAS) projects, taking charge of scheduling, programming, and liaising with subcontractors and clients. Guarantee that project specifications are adhered to by conducting onsite assessments, implementing programming adjustments, and delivering detailed project reports. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or possess equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in BAS design, programming, and installation oversight. A valid driver’s license is required, along with expertise in pertinent BAS systems such as Alerton, Distech, and Niagara.
