Lead and develop a team of project managers and data analysts, overseeing project delivery, governance, data management, and continuous improvement across client engagements. Support business development through pre-sales and sales engineering, manage capacity and client relationships, and provide independent leadership on complex consulting and implementation work. The role prefers 8 or more years of project management experience, 5 or more years in implementation and consulting, and 3 or more years of people leadership, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Candidates should have advanced project management and governance expertise, strong consulting and communication skills, technical sales experience, and knowledge of workforce, staffing, HR, payroll, and accounting processes.
