Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for guiding the recruitment process within the organization. Additionally, the specialist plays a crucial role in tracking candidates through various stages, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer approval process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management on effective recruiting strategies and operations.
- Facilitate the tracking of candidates throughout the application and interview phases.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
- Assist in the approval of job offers to selected candidates.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner to validate recruitment processes.
