**Director of Supply Chain Management**
The Director of Supply Chain Management is responsible for steering the organization’s supply chain initiatives, encompassing procurement, materials oversight, and master scheduling to achieve optimal operational outcomes. This position includes overseeing supplier partnerships, adopting Lean principles, and ensuring adherence to government standards such as FAR and DFARS. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business, along with a minimum of 12 years of advanced leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing setting. Expertise in ERP/MRP systems is essential, and the ability to secure a U.S. Government Security Clearance is also required.
