**Job Title: Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a vital role in the store’s day-to-day operations, which includes handling cash transactions, ensuring the cleanliness of the facility, and safeguarding inventory. Reporting to the Store Manager, this position focuses on delivering excellent customer service while following company policies and procedures. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and must be able to perform physical duties, such as standing for extended periods of up to 8 hours and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs. Strong communication abilities and the willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnight hours, are essential.
