The Executive Officer is responsible for overseeing presentations at the executive level, preparing briefing materials, and overseeing program operations while offering strategic insights to senior leadership. This role involves organizing acquisition meetings, managing calendars, processing travel requests, and overseeing personnel records and office supplies. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 7 years of military operations experience or 15 years of professional experience in the absence of a degree. Applicants must be capable of obtaining and retaining a US Government Secret Clearance and should have strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
