Job Summary
The Program Operations Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring performance metrics are met, and maintaining compliance within both residential and day programs. This position plays a crucial role in working closely with the COO to foster organizational advancement and develop fruitful relationships with families and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of residential and day programs.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage and support program managers in their roles.
- Collaborate with the COO to strategize and implement growth initiatives.
- Maintain strong partnerships with families and community stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in services related to intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role or managing multiple programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
