We are seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager to enhance workforce flexibility within Program Management across the Americas. This position involves creating forward-looking 12-week forecasts and overseeing resource planning efforts. Key responsibilities include optimizing the resource mix, tracking billable hours, and delivering analytical insights to service leaders for efficient resource allocation. Applicants should possess a strong background in workforce planning, resource management, or forecasting, ideally within the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or professional services sectors. A degree in a pertinent technical or commercial field is essential, with a strong preference for candidates holding an advanced degree such as an MBA.
