Job Summary
The consultant will play a vital role in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations. This position also involves delivering ongoing Application Management Services (AMS) support and addressing any troubleshooting needs that arise. Close collaboration with functional teams and key stakeholders is essential to ensure the delivery of scalable solutions while maintaining accurate technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Workday integrations such as EIB, Core Connectors, and utilize Workday Studio effectively.
- Conduct thorough testing and deployment of integrations.
- Provide continuous AMS support and resolve any issues that may occur.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
- Maintain and update technical documentation for all integrations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Workday integrations.
- Proficiency in EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve integration-related issues.
- Effective communication abilities, particularly in client-facing situations.
