Job description
The Registered Nurse will deliver hands-on nursing care and execute patient care strategies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This role involves closely observing patient conditions, facilitating interdisciplinary care coordination, and overseeing discharge processes. Applicants must possess an active Indiana Registered Nurse license and BLS certification. A minimum of three years of experience in a Level III NICU is mandatory, and additional certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation and the S.T.A.B.L.E. program are advantageous.
