Job Summary
The Senior Manager will spearhead customer interaction and the implementation of programs within both government and industry sectors, directly reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This role is pivotal in overseeing program timelines, financial resources, and project deliverables while facilitating collaboration among diverse teams from the development phase to operational deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagement strategies and program delivery across various portfolios.
- Oversee and manage program schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Coordinate activities among cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless transitions from development to field operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in defense program management or government acquisition.
- Experience in military program execution is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Department of Defense structures and processes.
- Proven capability to manage intricate programs involving multiple stakeholders.
