**Job Title: Production Planning and Control Manager**
The Production Planning and Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) process, master scheduling, and the management of materials to facilitate streamlined production and supply chain activities. This position requires collaboration with overseas contract manufacturers and fostering the development of the planning team to enhance scheduling precision and timely deliveries. Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in production planning, materials control, and SIOP leadership within a manufacturing context. Expertise in ERP/MRP systems is essential, along with a proven history of effectively addressing material shortages and managing cross-border manufacturing operations.
