The Crew Lead is responsible for providing leadership, training, and coaching to production teams while ensuring daily production goals are met. They must also manage inventory, maintain safety standards, and facilitate production cell activities. Candidates must have at least three years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S standards. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
