Job Summary
The Loan Servicing Processor I plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients involved in commercial, construction, and SBA loans. This position entails inputting diverse loan types into the DNA core system, maintaining loan files, processing payments, and ensuring the accuracy of general ledger reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer assistance for a range of loan types, including commercial, construction, and SBA loans.
- Input loan information into the DNA core system accurately and efficiently.
- Execute loan file maintenance tasks to ensure all records are up to date.
- Process payments related to various loans.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
- Fundamental knowledge of debits, credits, and loan documentation.
- Excellent communication abilities.
