The RN Float is responsible for coordinating patient care through the assessment of individual needs, formulating customized nursing care plans, and monitoring health outcomes. This role involves assigning tasks to team members while ensuring a secure and nurturing environment for both patients and their families. Applicants must have completed a recognized nursing program and have a minimum of one year of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory or must be acquired within 30 days of employment.
