Job Summary
The Program Manager will be responsible for spearheading the design, strategy, and implementation of various gatherings across the network, which include both virtual events and the major annual summit. This role entails managing the pathways for community engagement and supervising the framework and strategy for the network’s virtual community platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of network-wide events, including virtual and annual summit gatherings.
- Manage community engagement strategies to enhance participation and interaction.
- Oversee the structure and strategic approach to the virtual community platform.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage budgeting aspects related to programming.
Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of experience in program management, community organizing, or event design.
- Demonstrated proficiency in equitable and human-centered design principles.
- Experience in vendor management and budget oversight.
