Job Summary
The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for developing, organizing, and providing technical training for both Field and Shop technicians within a diverse fleet of mobile cranes from various manufacturers. This role involves acting as the main point of contact for crane manufacturers, ensuring that all training sessions comply with safety regulations and align with the company’s operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver technical training modules for technicians working on a multi-manufacturer mobile crane fleet.
- Coordinate with crane manufacturers to organize training sessions and ensure content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Review and ensure that all training materials meet safety compliance and company guidelines.
- Evaluate the training needs of technicians and adjust programs accordingly to improve skill sets.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience working as a crane mechanic or service technician.
- Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and competence in public speaking.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
