**Rehab Director**
The Rehab Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the therapy department, which includes overseeing staffing, scheduling, and clinical guidance to guarantee excellent patient results. Additionally, this role entails ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, overseeing team performance, and delivering direct patient care when necessary. Candidates should possess a degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or as a PTA/COTA, and must have an active state license. A minimum of one year of clinical experience in therapy services is required, with a preference for individuals who have experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation settings.
