The Financial Services Representative will deliver comprehensive in-person and digital member services, including loan processing and account management. They are responsible for deepening member relationships through personalized support and meeting assigned sales goals. Candidates must have at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to maintain NMLS registration are required.
