Provide customer service to residents and prospective tenants, support front desk operations, and lease available apartments using the Cardinal Way of Leasing. Maintain accurate lease files, keep tour areas presentable, assist with community events and projects, and perform on-call duties. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, have completed at least one year and six credit hours, and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. They must be a current or future community leaseholder, live on an assigned floor, hold a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
