Job Summary
The role involves delivering physical therapy services and formulating care plans under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services. Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Develop and implement plans of care under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services.
- Supervise the work of physical therapy assistants and home health aides to ensure high-quality care.
- Manage patient documentation and conduct thorough assessments to track progress.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a physical therapist program accredited by the APTA.
- Must possess a valid physical therapist license in Washington State.
- Preferred minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy.
- Home health experience is desirable.
