Job Summary
The Director of Maintenance is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of facilities, focusing on the effective management of maintenance and housekeeping personnel. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the maintenance and housekeeping team’s daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and safety standards.
- Oversee projects related to equipment replacement and upgrades.
- Coordinate and manage emergency response efforts in various situations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in a maintenance technician role.
- Prior supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- A valid Texas driver’s license is required.
- The ability to obtain Universal EPA certification within 90 days of employment.
