Job Summary
The role involves working closely with business, product, and technology teams to interpret data, implement statistical and machine learning techniques, and create experiments, models, dashboards, and analytical solutions. The position also requires effectively conveying insights and recommendations to stakeholders while supporting data innovation and product initiatives, as well as engaging in cross-functional and leadership development activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or quantitative discipline.
- No more than 24 months of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and workflows.
- Proven curiosity, adaptability, collaboration skills, and leadership potential.
