Job description
As a part of our team, you will provide individualized support to children with autism, following behavior intervention plans devised by a BCBA. Your role will focus on enhancing communication and social skills, utilizing research-driven methods to address and minimize challenging behaviors. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, candidates must be eligible to pass a background screening, be capable of handling physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, and achieve RBT certification following the onboarding process.
