**Maintenance Assistant**
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for executing regular repairs, carrying out cleaning tasks, and addressing troubleshooting needs to uphold the facility’s condition. This role includes assisting with outdoor landscaping as well as snow removal, and overseeing the inventory of supplies. Applicants should possess demonstrated experience in a maintenance capacity and be skilled in using both hand and power tools. Additionally, strong analytical abilities for problem-solving and the physical capacity to engage in manual labor are essential.
