This position involves leading teams, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are documented in compliance with company protocols. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, alongside either an associate degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience, or at least 5 years of hands-on experience with wind turbines. Candidates must also have the physical capability to climb towers reaching heights of up to 300 feet and demonstrate proficiency in independent troubleshooting.
