Respond promptly to internet leads and engage customers by phone, text, email, and video to build rapport and set and confirm showroom appointments. Follow up with current and past customers, coordinate with sales managers and the sales team, and track daily performance and activity. Requires at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should be friendly, patient, customer-focused, willing to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; employment is contingent on passing a drug screening and background check.
