Job Summary
The Registered Dietitian will offer nutrition therapy and support for patients within the Eating Disorders Program. This role involves conducting individual counseling sessions and facilitating group discussions, while also collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored meal plans. The Dietitian will be responsible for monitoring the medical status of patients to ensure holistic and effective care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized nutrition therapy to patients in the Eating Disorders Program.
- Facilitate group sessions to provide support and guidance.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design and implement meal plans.
- Monitor patients’ medical conditions to ensure comprehensive support and care.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in dietetics or a related area, or a Bachelor’s degree for those licensed before 2024.
- Registered Dietitian status, awarded by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of eating disorder treatment.
- Must possess the relevant state licensure.
