The Senior Corporate Counsel will act as a key legal advisor, offering guidance on corporate, financing, treasury, and commercial issues. This position entails overseeing intricate transactions, facilitating subsidiary governance, and collaborating with various teams to support business goals while minimizing legal risks. Applicants are required to possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and have a valid license to practice in at least one U.S. state. Additionally, candidates should have at least 10 years of pertinent legal experience in a prominent law firm or a highly developed corporate setting, along with substantial knowledge in complex corporate transactions and financing activities.
