Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will be integral to performing general mechanical maintenance at a power plant in Baltimore, Maryland. This position requires working under the supervision of Maintenance Management and collaborating with engineering staff to ensure efficient plant operations and upkeep. The role involves applying skills gained through technician training and relevant experience in technology or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Execute routine mechanical maintenance tasks on power plant equipment.
- Collaborate actively with engineering teams to address maintenance challenges.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols during maintenance operations.
- Provide support and training to other staff within the maintenance department.
Qualifications
- Completion of Maintenance Technician training program or equivalent experience in Electronics or a related field.
- High School Diploma coupled with relevant technological experience will also be considered.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
