Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of neurodiversity-affirming clinical strategies for ABA treatment.
- Lead and mentor a team of behavior technicians to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in human services or a closely related field is essential.
- A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
