Job Summary
The position of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Decatur Manor involves providing care within a 24-hour residential facility that caters to individuals with mental health challenges and concurrent substance abuse disorders. The facility focuses on supporting ambulatory residents who typically present with less severe medical needs compared to traditional nursing home patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing services to residents, ensuring their health and safety.
- Monitor and assess resident conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
