Lead and develop the operations team while overseeing daily activities, resource allocation, compliance, and cross-departmental coordination. Monitor performance data, implement operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives, and report results to senior management. Requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, plus at least five years of operations management or similar leadership experience. Candidates should have team management experience and strong operational, project management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills; a master’s degree, process improvement experience, ERP and analytics familiarity, and relevant certifications are preferred.
