The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. They will also collaborate with hiring managers to establish hiring goals and manage the recruiting budget. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or human resources. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Marketing is preferred, though equivalent experience is also accepted.
