**Job Title: Construction Manager**
The Construction Manager will serve as the owner’s representative, supervising extensive underground infrastructure initiatives. This role involves the management of contractors, budgets, and project teams to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities include directing technical evaluations, guaranteeing timely delivery within budget constraints, and spearheading business development efforts. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 20 years in heavy civil engineering or construction management, with at least 15 years dedicated to large underground infrastructure projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, along with professional engineering registration or certification, is mandatory.
