**Associate Project Manager**
In this role, the Associate Project Manager will assist in managing the entire lifecycle of commercial fire alarm projects, which encompasses scheduling, procurement, and collaboration with field teams and subcontractors. Responsibilities include meticulously maintaining project documentation, overseeing the submission of permit applications, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations as well as project budgets. Qualified candidates should possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience, along with 1-2 years of background in project coordination or the construction field. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and have the capability to interpret construction drawings. Preference will be given to individuals with NICET certification or familiarity with local fire codes.
