Ensure secure, ethical, and compliant operations, coach associates, support digital banking adoption, and maintain the center’s readiness for audits and reviews. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred; at least one year of banking center experience and one year of supervisory experience are required. Candidates need sales or networking experience, strong communication and coaching abilities, knowledge of retail banking products, proficiency with common computer programs, and the ability to obtain NMLS registration and travel locally up to 20%.
