Job Summary
The role of the Electrical Engineer involves the comprehensive design of electrical systems, taking projects from initial schematics to the construction phase across multiple building types. The engineer will be responsible for generating precise engineering drawings, performing critical calculations, and compiling insightful reports while actively collaborating with various design teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop electrical system designs from schematics to construction oversight.
- Create detailed engineering drawings and perform necessary calculations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports related to electrical projects.
- Coordinate effectively with other design disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- 0-3 years of experience in power and lighting design.
- Demonstrable proficiency in BIM and Revit MEP software.
- Preference for candidates who are licensed Professional Engineers and/or LEED Accredited Professionals.
